Careers at Lone Star ABA

Do The Work You
Got Into This For

Reasonable caseloads. Ethical practice. Real clinical work. Lone Star ABA opens its doors September 2026 — and we’re building our launch team now. We’re not actively hiring yet, but if this is the kind of practice you’ve been waiting for, we want to know who you are.

Professional and child engaged in warm, playful interaction

Why BCBAs Choose Us

The ABA field has drifted in a direction that’s hard on clinicians. Billable-hour minimums keep climbing. Caseloads are packed until there’s no room for supervision, reflection, or genuine clinical thought. BCBAs are leaving the profession they love.

Lone Star ABA was built by a clinician, for clinicians. We’ve designed this practice so that the people doing the work have what they need to do it well, and to stay in it for the long haul.

The Practice We’re Building
