Weekly Live Sessions
Over secure video, scheduled around your family — no commute, no clinic politics.
Our Approach
Lone Star ABA is being built to practice ABA differently. Our model is designed around the people who know your child best, you. Rather than replacing your family with a therapy team, your BCBA will work alongside you, building your confidence and skills so that meaningful progress happens in real life, not just during scheduled sessions.
When we open in September 2026, every family will get direct access to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), no RBTs, no middlemen. Your BCBA will lead every session, design every plan, and be present every step of the way. And because our model is fully telehealth, we’ll be able to reach families anywhere in Texas, on a schedule that fits your life.
Traditional ABA wasn’t built around Texas families. Our model is.

The Cadence of Care
When we begin enrollment, care will start with a conversation. From there, your BCBA will design a plan around your child, your goals, and the parts of your day that feel the hardest right now. Nothing cookie-cutter.
Over secure video, scheduled around your family — no commute, no clinic politics.
Hands-on training built into every plan so the strategies stick long after the session ends.
Data collected every session and reviewed with you monthly. No guesswork, no surprises.
Goals updated as your child grows. The plan evolves with them — not against them.

Our work is grounded in naturalistic, assent-based ABA — a modern, research-backed approach that honors each child’s voice and autonomy.
Treatment plans start with a comprehensive assessment: a standardized tool (such as the Vineland-3, QABF, or FAST, or another current measure chosen for your child), a caregiver interview, and direct observation. From there, your BCBA writes goals that are measurable, meaningful, and tied to everyday life. We track progress every session and adjust as your child advances.
The science is rigorous. The delivery is kind. That’s the standard we hold every session to.
Progress isn’t always loud. These are the wins we watch for.
The getting-ready routine stops being a battle.
Your child communicates a need you hadn’t been able to understand before.
You walk into the next hard moment knowing you have a plan.
The wind-down actually winds down — and the whole house feels it.
Your child tries something that used to feel too hard, and surprises themselves.
You meet a meltdown from the same grounded place you meet a good day.
